Founded in 2006, Phileo PM was established to bring engineering precision to a UAE HVAC&R market dominated by transactional supply. From a small office in Deira, the business grew into a trusted trading partner for major real-estate developers, MEP contractors, and facility-management groups across the Emirates.
Today, we represent over 200 international manufacturers — including Daikin, JCB Airtech, Refcomp, Snowman and Snowkey — and supply commercial and industrial projects throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider GCC. Every order is backed by a qualified mechanical engineer who reviews specifications, validates selections, and stays involved through delivery and commissioning.
We do one thing well: deliver the right HVAC&R equipment, on time, with the technical backing to make sure it works in the field.
