Clima UNO Dip HVLS fans Installation
Phileo PM supplied and installed the full HVAC system for a 42-floor Grade-A commercial tower in Downtown Dubai, including 80 VRF zones, central AHUs, fan coil units, and complete BMS integration. The project was delivered for a major UAE real-estate developer and required tight coordination with the main contractor's structural and electrical packages on a live programme.
The challenge was scale and pace: the developer required the building to be tenant-ready four weeks earlier than originally programmed. Phileo PM responded with a modular installation plan, pre-fabricated refrigerant manifolds, and a 6-day-a-week site team. The result: handover delivered three weeks ahead of the revised schedule, with measured energy consumption 12% below the design target.
